We offer farmers/producers the unique opportunity to have your own beef, pork and lamb butchered, packed and labelled to your own special requirements.

We also have the very finest ingredients to be able to have your own bacon and hams dry cured along with our speciality flavoured sausages and burgers, made to any variety.

​Hanging your meat is a natural process here at the Minick Group, to ensure you only have the best flavour and tenderness.
