 Minick of St Andrews are a traditional butchers with four locations in Northeast Fife. Our artisan butchers source as much produce as possible from local farms and markets, and specialise in providing high quality Scottish meat products including rare breeds of cattle, pork and lamb. We can also supply game such as deer, pheasant and wild boar when in season as well as turkeys and we are affiliated with Blackhorn who use our beef to produce their famous burgers. Who we are and what we offer

Minick of St Andrews is a traditional artisan butcher that was established more than 30 years ago by a father and son team who come from a long line of family butchers. We now boast a staff of around 15 butchers with a combined total of over 300 years of experience and a reputation in the local area for providing top quality pork, beef and lamb. We take immense pride in supplying some of the very best locally sourced Scottish produce. We achieve this by visiting farms in person, and handpicking the best livestock available before butchering the animal on our premises in the traditional way.
